Business Analytics is mainly about utilizing data to achieve knowledge on businesses’ performance, financial assessments, the surrounding environment and problem solution in general. Business Analytics as an academic field is applicable for a range of different areas, where the common foundation stems from economic and financial theory in combination with utilizing data. “Business analytics is the scientific process of transforming data into insight for making better decisions.
