I'm a currently a PhD student at the University of Bergen. My PhD thesis focuses on the relation between phenomenal consciousness and cognition mainly in perception. I'm discussing the reach of phenomenal consciousness. Questions of interest: Is there a cogntive phenomenology?, Which properties are phenomenally represented in visual experiences? How should we characterize the content of visual experiences? Can cognition penetrate perception? Are objects part of the representational content of a visual experience? Other fields of interest apart form the philosophy of Mind and Perception is the Philosophy of Biology, Metaphysics and Epistemology.
