Description
The main aim of this research group is to do research on issues related to a just and fair distribution of resources. One major focus has been related to health equity: given severe resource constraints globally, which diseases should have priority in research and health care? Another set of issues relate to climate justice: how should the burdens of climate change be distributed among rich and poor countries? A third set of issues concerns family values: what rights and duties govern relationships between family members, for example between parents and children?
