Description

The research group Sustainable Healthcare and Welfare Technology (SHWT) conducts research that thematizes innovation, implementation and evaluation related to the development of health care in collaboration with health personnel and users of health care. This includes research on robotics, artificial intelligence, e-health, nutrition, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), welfare technology, and the quality of health care services in home nursing, hospitals, and nursing homes. Research areas also include ethics and value-related challenges related to eHealth, artificial intelligence, and welfare technology.
